You will require one if you are importing or exporting shipments in excess of NZD $1,000. Supplier Codes: A supplier code is a unique number the identifies the supplier of the goods you are bringing into New Zealand. You will need one if the goods you are importing exceed NZD $1,000. Click to search.
Tariff Classifications & Rates: If you import goods into New Zealand you will need to know the tariff classifications, duty rates and any concessions for each type of item. This information comes from The Working Tariff Document of New Zealand and you can look up this information on this website.
Clearances Through Parcel Post: Small parcels being sent to you via the New Zealand Postal Service with a value of over NZD$50.00 worth of duty and GST need to be customs cleared. An alert will be sent to you prior to your parcel arriving if your parcel falls into this category. We can take care of this for you easily.
